sanlock: use ADD and REM suffix in status output
    
    Display ADD or REM at the end of a lockspace or resource
    line from 'sanlock client status' to indicate that the
    lockspace/resource is currently being added or removed.
    The 'sanlock client gets' command already uses this
    convention for displaying lockspaces.
