    Changes to rpms/fulltree and rpms/dependencies
    
    Dropping support for rpms/fulltree entirely.  Since the package list now
    consists of SRPM names rather than binaries, mapping to the old pungi
    fulltree feature became obsolete.
    
    Also, it was decided that automatic RPM-level dependency bundling is not
    desirable.  We're still keeping the rpms/dependencies switch but the
    default value is now False.
