This fork has several topic branches:

disttag_back: Required for module buld to overwrite the disttag in the buildroot

logfile_branch: adds simple file logging capabilities instead of writing to stdout

topbroken: changes the output of koji-shadow to show the top 10 failed builds

preventing the most other packages from being built by koji-shadow
