    :memo: council(members): Update FCAIC and outdated titles
    
    This commit makes a few changes:
    
    * Changes the FCAIC on the _Members_ page from Marie to me
    * Adds my middle initial to my name in my historical membership
    * Adds link to my Fedora bio in my historical membership
