[frontend] fix rawhide_to_release after b15e4504c
    
    After the b15e4504c commit, only builds IDs are sent in the action
    data to backend. However, on backend we don't use package names to
    construct the results path.
    
    This PR restores this particular behavior previous to the noted commit.
