admin guide: add -i argument to hosts_with_var_set call
    
    If you don't provide that then the script will use the default
    inventory set for the machine you're running it. For me that was
    'all'. Update it so that it uses the inventory from the repo.
    
    Also shorten the command by moving it to run inside the ansible dir.
