[beaker-tests-sanity] buildscm instead of buildtito and buildmock
    
    This two tests covers a particular issue of buildtito and buildmock
    commands. However, these commands were deprecated a long time ago
    and even removed from the code entirely, so I am updating the tests
    to use their successor instead - which is buildscm command.
