backend: external blob tarball for unittests
    
    It's a pity to store the large blobs into the git here, so let's track
    the data somewhere else [1].  The new Tito releaser is able to
    automatically download the tarball and wrap it into SRC.RPM, and the
    run_tests.sh script is able to download it as well (if not already
    downloaded).
