docs: how_to_upgrade_builders simplified
    
    The most important thing is that the image update process can be done
    one-step-in-time:
    
    - first update it on devel, and after it works well for some time
    - update it on production
    
    I also added several convenient scripts which make the build-image
    preparation a bit simpler.
