rpmbuild: generate self-standing chroot.cfg
    
    No matter if absolute or relative include is used in the child.cfg file
    (and transitively included files), we pre-generate self standing config
    file and use it.
    
    Having self-standing config file, we can avoid using the --configdir
    mock option.
