Subject: doc: move the document from the wiki format to Org mode


I am not organized enough and I do not have an efficient setup for the
wiki document markdown. In an effort to maximize the time I have for
working on the document, I am moving the basic rewrite to Org mode
for the initial commits. I am using org-mode to organize for me.
