doc: add interesting pieces from release notes to user documentation
    
    The build batches feature, fedora-review feature or building directly
    from distgit are nice improvements and they deserve to be mentioned in
    the user documentation.
    
    I basically copy-pasted those chapters from release notes (and only
    changed some wording regarding them being a new feature since that
    relase).
