Bug 625950 - hash nsslapd-rootpw changes in audit log
    
    This patch makes the Directory Manager password value be hashed in
    the audit log for changes to the nsslapd-rootpw attribute.  Prior
    to this patch, the value was in the clear.  This is consistent with
    the way the userPassword attribute is handled.
