finished styling changes to the commit page
    
    Finished off the styling changes to the commit page.
    Moved the short list of files changed into a hidden
    div that is shown when clicking on the link in the
    subtitle. And changed the behaviour of those links
    so they are achors to the diff sections below in
    page.
