mirrormanager: updated mirrorlist-server to 3.0.2
    
    The testing of generate-mirrorlist-cache showed that private mirrors
    where not part of the mirrorlist cache any more. Only private Internet2
    mirrors where included in the cache.
    
    This is fixed upstream in 3.0.2.
