Change all occurrences of forgefed.peers.community to forgefed.org (#119)
    
    Since we agreed on moving the domain to forgefed.org at the meeting, I changed all the remaining occurrences of forgefed.peers.community to forgefed.org.
    
    The most important consequence of this change is that the JSON-LD namespace has been moved from https://forgefed.peers.community/ns# to https://forgefed.org/ns#. However, there is no software using ForgeFed in production currently, so this change should be OK.
