Vocabulary: Set cloneUri property to non-functional
    
    There can be more than one clone URI for a repo. For example a git repo
    may have an SSH URI, an HTTPS URI, a git:// protocol URI. So to allow
    specifying the various URIs, this commit unsets the "Functional: Yes"
    status of the property.
