#942 Contexts are different in the MBS DB than in the modulemd

After PR #922 and PR #927, the context is computed differently and now stored directly in the database. This has caused a mismatch with the context values in the modulemd, causing MBS to not be able to find dependencies.

We need to write a DB migration script that corrects these values and treats the modulemd values as the authoritative source.
