When you submit a module build of a dist-git repo without a modulemd file, you get the following error:
get_module_yaml: SCM repository doesn't seem to contain a module YAML file. Couldn't access: /tmp/tmp7YQwW0/testmodule/testmodule.yaml
The part about "Couldn't access: /tmp/tmp7YQwW0/testmodule/testmodule.yaml" should not be included in the error message.
