Priority 30 waitrepo tasks time out after 2 hours as they never make it to the top of the queue. Build tasks have a timeout of 2 days afaik, so they most likely don't need a higher priority. But waitrepo not getting handled at all is a big issue as it occurs as soon as there is a light load on Fedora's buildsystem. It is impossible to build any modules then. Maybe this will get better when MBS doesn't use build targets anymore, but atm. MBS doesn't work for me. Have a look at https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/tasks?method=waitrepo&owner=mbs/mbs.fedoraproject.org&state=all&view=tree&order=-id It worked over the weekend when almost noone was building anything, but got worse today again.
I think the root cause here is the netapp performance issues we're experiencing: https://pagure.io/releng/issue/6786
