Module maintainers can now specify buildopts macros in their modulemd files.
If those values are present, we should also include them in the macros srpm we build first.
Yes. These macros should be appended to the ones you already define. Note the buildopts macros may or may not include a trailing newline so I suggest you add one to be sure.

In addition to this, macros change should affect component reuse, just like a buildroot change would.
