#525 RFE: mbs-build should display the module build ID and stream name

Currently, submitting a module build with the -w flag shows something akin the following:

Summary:
   2 components in the BUILDING state
   183 components in the COMPLETE state
Module base-runtime is in state build (reason Resubmitted by psabata)

It's impossible to tell what the module build ID is, making it nearly impossible to manually query for more information or even cancel it. The last line should also show the stream name, which is a key part of the module build identity.
