Basically, when a module build was re-submitted (module build 51), lots of component builds (~170) from the previous attempted build of this module were re-used.. but they all entered the "building" state in MBS even though the tasks in koji were all done and over with from the previously attempted build of this module.
The component builds were stuck in this state for 600 seconds until the poller woke up, noticed the difference, and resolved it.
