Fedora prod currently features 23 aarch64, 46 armhfp, 44 ix86, 13 ppc64 and 12 ppc64le builders. Building on the plentiful armhfp hosts takes roughly three times as long as on the second slowest architecture, aarch64.
I think it would make sense to let the armhfp builders do something even if it means some builds need to wait for a reasonably fast ppc64[le] builder.
Consider increasing the number of parallel builds for the next MBS deployment. I would even go as high as 32, then perhaps lower it to 24 if people complain.
For starters, I doubled it to 20 instead of going all the way to 32. Let's take a conservative approach for now. If it continues to work well alongside traditional koji usage, we can look at increasing further in the future.
