#309 [RFE] Additional values while submitting module build

I would like to have a possibility to submit additional values to MBS apart from scmurl. There will be copr-cli support for submitting modules to Copr MBS instance (lately also copr-frontend will use it) and as user I would like to have an option to specify for instance project in which module should be built.

Such values should be available in Builder for obvious reasons.

Implemented and merged as PR #347
