Issue #304: [audit] Please rework auth.assert_is_packager to use OIDC UserInfo instead of FAS - fm-orchestrator

I do not see a reason why MBS needs to contact FAS directly.
It can get the group information for the currently logged in user via OpenIDC UserInfo.

Good catch. We implemented OIDC specifically so we could remove this, but never did.

I'm working on this now.

Should be fixed in #307.
