#276 Use PDC to resolve buildroot components instead of MBS database

Currently we are using MBS internal database to resolve components which should be in Koji "build" and "srpm-build" groups. We should use PDC to get this information instead. We should also move the duplicated code which creates dict with "build" and "srpm-build" lists to separate method and use it as a replacement for a duplicated code.
