#167 Add lengths to varchar/string columns in Rida's models.py

As a system's administrator, I'd like to be able to use Rida with MySQL/MariaDB but can't because the database migration fails due to lengths not being specified on varchar/string columns in Rida's models.py.

OK - we're going to close this as WONTFIX since we're already happily deployed on postgresql.
