#1343 Stop using module-build-macros and set tags in Koji instead

https://pagure.io/koji/pull-request/898 was merged today which means now it is possible to set macros on Koji instead of building module-build-macros. We can skip that entirely.

Let's save build time and just set those macros directly on tags. WDYT?

We are using module-build-macros to also define the "Conflicts" to ensure that filtered packages are not installed in the buildroot. We still need to use module-build-macros for that.
