#74 [TALK] Release Engineering: Next Generation
Closed 5 years ago Opened 5 years ago by kellin.

Abstract

Release Engineering tracks a large number of automated jobs and tasks. We track these tasks today by reviewing inputs from multiple systems. Release Engineering wants to coalesce all of these data sources to a single dashboard view that allows us and the community to see the current state of the world. Our goal is to bring more durability and reliability to the entire release process by making available data easier to consume.

Audience Benefit

This talk will appeal to anyone who has an interest in monitoring or task tracking and enhancing existing processes.

The CfP committee feels that the abstract is very vague. In particular it would be nice to see the expansion on the ultimate goals and what the value of durable and reliable brings in this context. Please consider edits @kellin
