#294 [Talk-25]: The fbrnch packager tool one year on
Closed: Talk Scheduled 2 years ago by riecatnor. Opened 2 years ago by petersen.

What is your proposal?

Last year at Nest I announced the fbrnch (fedora branch) tool for Fedora packagers and it was well received.
In this follow up talk I will show the main new features and improvements added to fbrnch since then, and also discuss future ideas and plans like refactoring to support Centos Stream. It will be a good opportunity to gather feedback and suggestions on how to further improve the tool.

Who in addition to the speaker needs to be in the virtual room for this to succeed? This could be the audience you need to reach, other participants in the conversation, or other stakeholders.

Active Fedora Packagers who maintain a lot of packages and/or update them frequently.

Is this a…

25 minute Talk

Anything else we need to know?:

I would want like to give the talk Live.

Who are you?

We are open to having this session at Nest, so if you would, please review the following Wiki link and let me know if there is a place you think it would fit in that works for your availability. The schedule will be locked by Friday July 30th. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Nest_with_Fedora_2021_Schedule

If you have further questions or need assistance, feel free to email mnordin@redhat.com or drop those inquiries on this ticket. Thanks!

Friday or Saturday at 10am EDT track 3 would work fine for me, thanks

@petersen great! I added your session to Friday's schedule. Thanks
