An informal panel discussion with members of the Fedora Engineering Steering Committee, our community-elected technical oversight body. Put faces to email addresses and IRC nicks, and ask anything you want.
List each person by their name and FAS ID, as shown below:
Just give us enough chairs so that we don't have to stand for 50 minutes :)
We are FESCo.
+1
Any ideas how we can collect questions in advance?
Taking questions from the audience is the intent, by we need a fallback option, or conversation starters to fill the breaks.
Also, questions from the audience are sometimes hard to understand or get outside of context. Having a wikipage or some other place with questions would be great.
What about having a FESCo ticket where people can ask their questions and then after session we will transform those questions and answers into some historical document (e.g. on docs.fp.o/fesco in some subpage)?
I can be there. I would be happy to see a place for advanced questions. We also live stream, but would need someone to monitor the chat channel for the live stream if we are doing audience questions.
I can be there.
I'll be there.
