Closed: Resolved 4 years ago by riecatnor. Opened 4 years ago by pingou.

  1. What is your proposal?

I'd like to speak about the process in place and coming in the CPE team.

  1. Who in addition to the speaker needs to be in the room for this to succeed?

Having the CPE team around may be a good idea :)

  1. Is this a…
  • 50 minutes: Talk
  1. Anything else we need to know?

The bushes and clouds in Super Mario Bros are the same, just colored differently.

  1. Who are you?
  • Name: Pierre-Yves Chibon
  • FAS ID/IRC Nick: pingou

I will certainly join you, @pingou.

Is this the same CPE that is mentioned in https://pagure.io/flock/issue/120 ?

Is this the same CPE that is mentioned in https://pagure.io/flock/issue/120 ?

CPE is the Community Plateform Engineering team ( https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/news-from-fedora-infrastructure/ provides some more info about it)

It is the same team as referred in #120 and @lgriffin and I have already been in touched as to what we want to discuss so there isn't too much overlap between the two talks :)

Just for clarity mine will focus more on how Agile works in a Community to add value and work with transparency in mind. It would lightly touch the teams process and @pingou would be the inverse.

We currently have this in the "not yet accepted" bucket. @pingou can you elaborate more on the audience and what people should expect to learn here? If it's just the CPE team that should be in the room, that can be a CPE team meeting, right?

@mattdm this is more a follow-up from the blog posts we've published recently. Trying to explain where we come from, the changes we want to make and present some of the decision and workflow we are trying to put in place.

So anyone who want to know what we do and how to interact with us in the future is welcome to attend.
Ideally, I also would like to get some feedback from the audience about the workflow we're building to see if we can tweak them so while still meeting our goals they are also smooth for the people using them.
