Closed: Resolved 3 years ago by riecatnor. Opened 4 years ago by dwalsh.

  1. What is your proposal?

I would like to have a Containers Birds of a Feather, where we could lead a group discussion about all things containers, including Fedora SilverBlue, Flatpack, Container Engines/Runtimes (podman, buildah, cri-o), Toolbox, and Fedora CoreOS.

  1. Who in addition to the speaker needs to be in the room for this to succeed? This could be the audience you need to reach, other participants in the conversation, or other stakeholders.

List each person by their name and FAS ID, as shown below:

  • Person One (pone)
Colin Walters, Alex Larsson, Dusty Mabe, Debarshi Ray, Giuseppe Scrivano
  1. Is this a…
  • 2 hours: Workshop
  1. Anything else we need to know?

Requires a Grease Board and pens

  1. Who are you?
  • Name: Daniel Walsh
  • FAS ID: dwalsh
  • IRC Nick, if not FAS ID: dwalsh, Twitter rhatdan

Would this also include fedora IoT? @pbrobinson would you like to be involved here?

Sure.  Anything to do with Containers is fair game.  I usually leave
these open ended.  My understanding of what @probinson is doing is
building a IOT Device based on CoreOS and Podman.  So it makes sense.

Yes, I think we'd definitely look to participate in this, not sure this would change Dan's content here though.

As I stated, we have a fully open agenda. Will look to talk about anything containers under the Fedora Umbrella.
