CfP Submission for Flock 2019 is now open

This is the formal CFP pitch as it would appear in an Abstract:
In 2001, the Agile Manifesto, a collection of simple principles for software development, was published. It helped shape how development teams work. Meanwhile, open source has its own set of principles that promote and build community, transparency, and collaboration, and meritocracy. On paper these two sets of principles match closely. But in practice, using Agile in an open source project may make community members wary, especially volunteers. This is extra challenging for Fedora, since Red Hat sponsors the project and contributes in order to meet business goals. The Community Platform Engineering team has a foot in both the business and open source camps to support Fedora and CentOS. How can we better interact with global volunteers and Red Hat, increase confidence in delivering on important goals, and do it openly and transparently? How do we embrace and not isolate? How do we ensure that we add value? How do we actually function? We are about to embark on an Agile Transformation and we want you to come on this journey with us.
What I want attendees to get:
Anybody who wishes to interface with our Infrastructure team or make a request for enhancements to a service or indeed a new service / feature that the CPE team would need to own or build.
(Delete all that DO NOT apply)
Typical lecture style room setup is perfect for this. I would like either a white board and some markers or a Flip Chart so we can get some live feedback in the room
Note: schedule before Sunday
