Test for bwrap more comprehensively
    
    On RHEL 7 and some other systems, bwrap will be installed by
    Flatpak as /usr/libexec/flatpak-bwrap. Check for this, and also
    handle "bwrap not found at all" the same as "non-working bwrap".
