I would like to propose Mikolaj Izdebski FAS:mizdebsk for provenpackager. He's been working mostly as part of Java SIG on large-scale updates and migrations to new technologies. He was the main person updating Jetty to 8.x and modularizing it properly. He's been working on licensing issues, finding bundled libraries in Java stack and fixing possibly broken libraries compiled for old Java targets
Apart from Java he's done work on other parts of Fedora such as fedora-review, and several non-Java related package reviews.

Having Mikolaj in the provenpackager group would greatly improve and speed up ability of Java SIG to respond to packaging issues in a distro-wide fashion.
Mikolaj has bringed Java packaging to the next stage. He has audited many packages and found issues with licensing (including clarifications needed in the licensing guidelines in regards to BSD and ASL license files), bundling, class level issues with Java 1.7 and many more. Giving him proven packager access is well deserved.
Mikołaj is one of the best packagers/reviewers I met. He's very focused on his work, accurate and helpful. There is '''a big +1 from myself'''. Java SIG with Mikołaj having a propvenpackager status will be a better place :)
