For the 2012-07-30 meeting (or later). Submitted before Feature Submission deadline.
As stated in the description, this is a feature specifically for PowerPC but where we need changes to LLVM, so ajax and kem asked us to open an official feature request for it. The changes will of course be done upstream and from there pulled into the respective Fedora builds.
