I have been helping Brian Pepple (bpepple) with the Empathy / Telepathy stack in Fedora, mainly by pointing him to relevant upstream bugs and patches that are interesting for Fedora. I also lend an occasional hand to the mass GNOME updates for every upstream release.
I was recently asked by Brian to become a provenpackager, so here I am.
+1. As Rishi said I suggested he apply for this, since he's been a long time fedora contributor and helps out quite a bit with various GNOME package (upstream and within Fedora).
Not enough feedback -> meeting.
Looking at his list of packages and work in Fedora, +1 from me.
