Is this something users will actually notice? Seems like it's just a sub-point of Gnome3, although I could be missing something. I don't have any objections to including it, of course.
This feature was originally filed for F12, but we retracted it when the a11y team upstream got into a bit of trouble, employment-wise. For F13, it is kinda subsumed under the bigger gnome3 feature, so I would not object to just dropping this as a standalone feature.
This feature is going to be merged into the gnome3 feature.
