In order to avoid leaving room for insanity like tor dependencies drop LSB since Fedora is not trying to be a LSB compatible distribution anyway

Alternatively make the redhat-lsb stuff more granular

Added to 2010-03-16 meeting agenda.

This proposal was rejected, but FESCo is going to work with FPC to try and make sure lsb requirements are not allowed or the package is at least more granular.
