Currently, Fedora 40 has Go 1.22 which is EOL since Go 1.23 came out. Can we update the version in Fedora 40 to Go 1.23 to avoid the EOL and allow packages to be updated?
As reference, this was previously requested and approved for Fedora 39 in issue #3261.
F40 has about two months of life left… So I think it's reasonable to update.
