Currently, Fedora 38 has Go 1.20 which is EOL since last week.
Can we update the version in Fedora 38 to the same one that is in Fedora 39 (1.21) to avoid the EOL and allow packages like k8s to be able to build before they go also EOL?
As reference, I previously requested something similar for Fedora 36 and Fedora 37.
