= Proposal topic =

A new package for fedora which serves only to obsolete and document what pkgs we've orphaned. The point of it is to provide a way for an update to remove orphaned or obsoleted packages which are not explicitly obsoleted by something else.

This would be a package that would be default in @base but not required by any other pkg. So anyone choosing to exclude it or remove it could do so without harm

Mainly the 'this package was orphaned and removed from f11 but when I update to f12 it hangs around in my system until it eventually breaks deps or has other problems'
