#2988 Change: Fedora Images on Azure
Closed: Accepted 10 months ago by zbyszek. Opened 10 months ago by bcotton.

Azure is a massive public cloud and offering an official Fedora Cloud image there would expand Fedora's user base. It also gives Fedora Cloud users more options when selecting public clouds.

Owners, do not implement this work until the FESCo vote has explicitly ended.
The Fedora Program Manager will create a tracking bug in Bugzilla for this Change, which is your indication to proceed.
See the FESCo ticket policy and the Changes policy for more information.

REMINDER: This ticket is for FESCo members to vote on the proposal. Further discussion should happen in the devel list thread linked above.

+1 (but I'm the change owner, so likely not worth much) 🤭 💙 ☁️

I would think that such a change would garner copious feedback, but there has been very little. Two things that I'd worry about here are: building even more things in our already-fragile process, additional QA requirements. But since nobody is raising concerns, I guess that people who know more about the subject don't see this as much of an issue.

(The goal itself is nice, no issue with that.)
