On Tuesday, 21 February we reached the Change Checkpoint: Completion deadline (100% complete). At this milestone all the 38 Changes should be fully complete, which is indicated by "ON_QA" status of a tracking bug. A Bugzilla query shows all the tracking bugs which are not in "ON_QA" state and are not considered complete. System-Wide Changes with the contingency date in bold are past the stated contingency date.
These changes are presented for FESCo review to determine what action, if any, should be taken.

Updates:
Node.js repackaging is done; I marked the wrong state on the BZ ticket. That is now corrected.
I spoke with @tstellar about the LLVM situation. Apparently the issue is that LLVM has historically made backwards-incompatible changes even within RCs, so they don't land it in Fedora until the upstream release. This will happen prior to GA freeze.
Regarding RPM Macros for Build Flags. There was some additional feedback given after it was approved by FESCO asking to rename and drop some of the new macros. So we either need to revert this change or merge https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/redhat-rpm-config/pull-request/244
Can we please just merge this PR? It's just a rename for a new feature.
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/redhat-rpm-config/pull-request/244 was merged (during the previous fesco meeting even).
I'm keeping this on the meeting agenda, but I don't think there's anything to do at this point in time.
This was discussed during today's FESCo meeting. We agree that the remaining changes seem to be on track and we don't need to do anything at this point.
