Split the fpc package (the Free Pascal Compiler) into several sub-packages (built from the same spec file).
Owners, do not implement this work until the FESCo vote has explicitly ended.
The Fedora Program Manager will create a tracking bug in Bugzilla for this Change, which is your indication to proceed.

The proposal doesn't make it clear whether self-Obsoletes will be used to preserve the upgrade path. I think it should, but maybe there are reasons not to. I asked on fedora-devel.
