This change brings Boost 1.81 to Fedora. This will mean Fedora ships with a recent upstream Boost release.
Owners, do not implement this work until the FESCo vote has explicitly ended. The Fedora Program Manager will create a tracking bug in Bugzilla for this Change, which is your indication to proceed. See the FESCo ticket policy and the Changes policy for more information.

+1. Last time @trodgers asked to be granted provenpackager to help with the boost rebuild, instead I think @churchyard helped by doing builds and commits for him.
Is this cycle going to be done the same way?
Unless Fesco approves my previous request for proven packager, then yes, same way, I will need a PP to do the spec bumps.

FTR https://src.fedoraproject.org/user/trodgers indicates no packaging commits by @trodgers since the last Boost update (committed by me) not even in boost itself.

As a general rule, I rebase the boost version in Fedora once per year. So the above observation is consistent with that.
