There are two F35 Change proposals that appear to have not been completed. @law is owner or co-owner of both and he no longer works for Red Hat, so it's not clear if he's still involved in this. @tstellar is co-owner of the second one but hasn't responded to the needinfo at the change checkpoint.
Given this, do we want to defer them to F36 or close them and let someone resubmit later if they choose?
(For now, I'm going to set them to block the F36Changes bug so I can close the F35 Changes trackers)
The CompilerPolicy change is done. I'll update the bug.
CompilerPolicy Change tracker bug is closed as done. LTO Build Improvements doesn't seem to have had any work done, and there are no comments from @law. I closed the tracker bug as deferred. It can be resubmitted for F36 or later.
