Sebastian (sdz) is the maintainer of the 'Fedora Education Spin' as well as Sugar on a Stick. He's also involved with Fedora Mini.

Granting sdz with proven packager will allow quicker and easier updating of sugar activities (alot of which are currently unmaintained) as well as assist him in the maintenance of SoaS, Fedora Education and Fedora Mini projects.
